Perfect Pitch vs Relative Pitch: Which is better? is the topic of today's beginner guitar lesson. Hey guys, Brad Litton from SimpleGuitar.com here with another guitar lesson for beginners. Training your ears is a highly underrated skill that most people don't focus on enough, but one common misconception I see over and over is that relative pitch is a lesser version of perfect pitch. My biggest mistake learning guitar on my own is the topic of today's guitar lesson for beginners. Hey guys, Brad Litton from SimpleGuitar.com here with another beginner guitar lesson for you about the biggest mistake I made that held my playing back for years & how you can avoid the same mistake. A mistake that a lot of beginner guitar players make when learning how to play guitar, is hearing something & immediately thinking it's going to be too hard for them to learn how to play it. That's a huge, self-imposed roadblock. Instead, you should always challenge yourself to learn things that you think are going to be too hard because 80% of the time, it's going to be a whole lot easier than it sounds.
