I have a different way of looking at learning & playing guitar.

When it comes to teaching guitar, so many people get caught up in doing things 'the way it's always been done.' I don't like that. I don't think you should start out guitar playing a bunch of boring exercises or nursery rhymes that you'll never want to play for anyone.

Why?

Because we all wanted to start playing guitar to have fun. But so many people begin their guitar playing journey doing things that aren't fun & aren't anything you'd want to play to impress people.

Simple Guitar was founded by me, Brad Litton, a professional guitarist & teacher based in Vernal, UT.
