Hey guys, Brad Litton from SimpleGuitar.com here with another beginner guitar lesson for you on a strum pattern I hear in songs all the time, but I don't hear people talking about how to break down & play this strum pattern. So today I'm going to do just that. I'll show you how to actually play and use this strum pattern & a couple of ways you can spice it up to sound even better. Now, you can use this on acoustic guitar or electric guitar, it doesn't matter which. But this strum pattern uses a dotted quarter note & is used in country, rock, blues...pretty much everything, & it will make you sound like a rock star.
