playing technique Sep 05, 2020

Today I'm going to show you how to play the easiest scale to learn on guitar with only two fingers! A lot of beginner guitar players will learn the A minor pentatonic box scale first, but this version of the major pentatonic scale & minor pentatonic scale is actually much easier to play & will make you look like a pro as you play all over the fret board easily. No music theory required, just easy scales on guitar!

Guitar scales are crucial when you learn guitar. My name is Brad Litton & you can swing by my website SimpleGuitar.com. My goal is to show you how to play guitar & make it as simple as possible. This guitar tutorial goes through the easiest scale of all the guitar scales I've learned over the years. One of the best things about this first scale to learn on guitar is that it's a great guitar scale for soloing even if you're a total beginner.

Don't forget, though, even though I'm playing an electric guitar in the video, these are also easy scales on acoustic guitar that sound great no matter what guitar you play!
