Today's guitar lesson for beginners is on how to hit the right strings every time when strumming guitar. Hey guys, Brad Litton from SimpleGuitar.com here with another beginner guitar lesson for you on how to hit the right strings when you're strumming guitar. To be honest, when I was learning guitar on my own, I totally dismissed this technique as useless because I didn't think I'd use it in the style of music I like the most, but it actually has really helped develop a great sense of placement for my strumming hand. Alternating bass patterns really develop your strumming hand so that you can hit whatever strings you want whenever you need to. Hope it helps you out!
